Refunds & Cancellations

Last updated: 31 July 2026. This policy applies to paid subscriptions of CreatorLift, operated by Abrobot Technologies (MNB Research), New Delhi, India. Payments are processed via Cashfree Payments.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings or by emailing contact@mnbresearch.com from your registered email. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is retained and remains exportable.

Refunds

7-day money-back guarantee: if you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, write to us within 7 days of your first charge for that plan and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 7 days: monthly charges already incurred are non-refundable, but we will always refund (a) duplicate or erroneous charges, (b) charges after a confirmed cancellation, and (c) periods where the service was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and credited to the original payment method via Cashfree, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We will confirm by email once initiated.

Email contact@mnbresearch.com (or WhatsApp +91 97114 88480) with your registered email, plan name, and payment reference. We respond within 24–48 business hours.
