Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CreatorLift (creatorlift.mnbresearch.com and successor domains), a service operated by Abrobot Technologies (MNB Research), New Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CreatorLift provides software tools for measuring influencer/UGC campaign performance: tracked links, promo-code sales attribution, analytics dashboards, payout ledgers, and AI-assisted campaign tools. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and within your workspaces. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach security or access other users' data, or to misrepresent measured metrics to third parties.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you record in CreatorLift (campaigns, creators, sales records). We process it solely to provide the service, protected by row-level security. Click data is collected on tracked links you create; IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes. We do not sell your data. You may request deletion of your account and data by writing to contact@mnbresearch.com.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Access levels and prices are listed on our Access & Pricing page in INR and USD. Accounts are opened by application. Fees for the ongoing tiers are invoiced annually in advance; a time-boxed evaluation is a single charge for a fixed period and does not renew. Payment is by bank transfer or through Cashfree Payments, our authorised payment gateway. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) may be added or included as indicated on the invoice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Late payment. Invoices are due on the date shown. If an invoice is unpaid after its due date we send reminders, and if it remains unpaid 21 days past the due date we may suspend access to the workspace until it is settled. Suspension is automated and you will have received at least one reminder before it happens.

Suspension pauses your team's access to the product. It does not delete anything: sales arriving from your store continue to be recorded throughout, so your figures are complete when the account reopens, and you can still export your data while suspended. Access is restored once payment is confirmed, normally the same working day. If something is blocking payment on your side, tell us — we would far rather agree a date than suspend an account.

5. AI features

AI outputs (Copilot answers, briefs, outreach drafts) are generated from your measured data but may contain errors — review before relying on them. AI features may require you to configure a third-party API key, whose usage is subject to that provider's terms.

6. Limitation of liability

Attribution is measured from tracked links and promo codes and represents a good-faith measurement, not a guarantee of completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on analytics or AI outputs.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Because access levels are invoiced annually in advance, stopping does not by itself end the committed term or trigger a refund — see our Refunds & Cancellations policy, and write to us and we will action a cancellation the same working day. We may suspend accounts for non-payment as described in section 4, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
