Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CreatorLift (creatorlift-eight.vercel.app and successor domains), a service operated by Abrobot Technologies (MNB Research), New Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CreatorLift provides software tools for measuring influencer/UGC campaign performance: tracked links, promo-code sales attribution, analytics dashboards, payout ledgers, and AI-assisted campaign tools. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and within your workspaces. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach security or access other users' data, or to misrepresent measured metrics to third parties.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you record in CreatorLift (campaigns, creators, sales records). We process it solely to provide the service, protected by row-level security. Click data is collected on tracked links you create; IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes. We do not sell your data. You may request deletion of your account and data by writing to contact@mnbresearch.com.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are listed on our Pricing page in INR and billed monthly in advance through Cashfree Payments, our authorised payment gateway. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) may be added or included as indicated at checkout. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

5. AI features

AI outputs (Copilot answers, briefs, outreach drafts) are generated from your measured data but may contain errors — review before relying on them. AI features may require you to configure a third-party API key, whose usage is subject to that provider's terms.

6. Limitation of liability

Attribution is measured from tracked links and promo codes and represents a good-faith measurement, not a guarantee of completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on analytics or AI outputs.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
